There is a key card safe right next to the barrier at the car park of the Der Sonnberg Alpinlodges.
2 days before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with an invitation to the pre-check-in.
In this e-mail we ask you to send us your personal data for the visitor's tax registration and, in the summer season, for the use of the summer card.
On the day of arrival we will send you a second e-mail with an opening code for the safe.
Check-in is possible daily from 4 pm.
Payment and check out
Payment for your stay is made directly at the time of booking.
On the day of departure, please leave your flat by 10.00 am and leave the key cards on the dining table in the flat.
Cleaning and linen change
On the day of arrival you will receive a professionally cleaned holiday flat with made-up beds and towels in the bathroom.
An intermediate cleaning incl. linen change takes place every 7 days.
Fresh bread rolls delivered to order
Our partner KATSCHNER brot&mehr will bring fresh bread rolls to Der Sonnberg on request.
You can find this service at www.baecker-zustellservice.at. During the ordering process, please enter Der Sonnberg as the delivery address and your flat number. You can pick up your ordered delicacies in the morning on the second floor.
