Check In
After your booking, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours with all the information you need for self check-in.
In it you will find your booking number and the personal link to the browser-based guest web app - so you have everything you need to know about your stay at your fingertips.
Payment and check out
Payment for your stay is made directly at the time of booking.
On the day of departure, please leave your flat by 10.00 am. You can check out via Guest WebApp.
Cleaning and linen change
On the day of arrival you will receive a professionally cleaned holiday flat with made-up beds and towels in the bathroom.
Fresh bread rolls delivered to order
Our partner KATSCHNER brot&mehr will bring fresh bread rolls to Der Sonnberg on request.
You can find this service at www.baecker-zustellservice.at. During the ordering process, please enter Der Sonnberg as the delivery address and your flat number. You can pick up your ordered delicacies in the morning on the second floor.
